The main online sources can be found by following the links below. Please

remember that most of the documents listed on my site will have been long

since sold and, as such, will not be found in the auctioneers’ or seller’s current lists.

For the duration of the sale, the ebay site contains images of the whole document

or an enlarged section, many of which are of suffiently high resolution to enable

them to be read.
