Vellum Indenture on two sheets dated 30 August 1882. This document is a Lease for 21 years of a messuage or dwellinghouse, shop and premises in Walworth Road in the parish of St Mary Newington, Surrey which I understand is now part of the Borough of Southwark, London with a later Surrender endorsed on the back of the document. The document has a fascinating Schedule of Fixtures and Fittings for each room including amongst others "a Bathroom with a Body Bath as fixed with cold water supply waste pipe and plug" in 1882!
