field in Whitstable Kent, held for a residue term of 500 years dated 5th February
1693. The first page of this document is dated 1st October 1859 and contains
a lot of interesting reading. It features many family names from Whitstable,
Seasalter, Canterbury and Dover including Walter Foreman (shipwright) and
Richard John Foreman (master mariner). Condition is not bad for its age but
it has been folded and the paper has just started to split in the centre fold
and one page has some brown stains as can be seen on scans. The pages do have
water marks and are held together on one corner with a pink ribbon. |
