Recording the mortgage on properties at Tenderden and a schedule of other indentures dating from 1752. This is a nice document and easy to read throughout - with red wax seals and 5 escutcheoned revenue stamps. The size is 28 inches by 30 inches on three sheets of parchment

Plus others. Recording the feoffment  of moity and estates at Tenterden and Smarden kent for making tenant to the procripe for suffering a common recovery and declaration of uses of such recovery. This is a nice document and easy to read throughout - with 7 red wax seals and 3 escutcheoned revenue stamps. The size is 28 inches by 30 inches on three sheets of parchment

VELLUM MARRIAGE SETTLEMENT WALES HEREFORD 1891. A large 2 sheet vellum marriage settlement with 3 wax seals releasing a settlement on the marriage of Ellen Gray Mynors widow of Radnor to the Reverend Michael Hopton of Canon Froome vicarage, Hereford also mentions Thomas Baskerville Mynors of Builth Brecon, Higgins, Meredith then list the settlement with many more names, even list property in Kent.  In all 2 large sheets in mint condition.

1820 Deed Indenture TENTERDEN KENT Ballard > Stokes. This is an antique deed of mortgage drawn up in the Reign of King George IV and being 188 years old. It records a transaction between John Monckton Philpott of Walsworth in the county of Surrey and Caroline his wife of the first part and John Clifford of Easinbrook in the County Kent of the second part and John Elgar of Wingham of the third part and  William Lampert of Walworth in the county of Surrey of the fourth part. Recording the mortgage on properties at Tenderden and a schedule of other indentures dating from 1705 with lots of names of tenants and land title details. The First is a lovely Vellum legal document dated to 1784 with 13 seals in Good condition   - this is a fantastic historic record Flint Stacey & John Brenchley were Mayor of Maidstone. Brenchley built 4 Alms houses for the elderly & established the Kentish Bank at Bank Street. Maidstone still has many landmarks of Brenchley including Gardens & Buildings
