From the Trustees of the will of the late Edward Smart to Miss M. A. Jones, Plas Vardre, Conwy, the Transfer of mortgage on hereitaments and premises called Tyddyn Angharad situated in the Parish of Corwen(Gwyddelwern) in the County of Merioneth. Dated 9th. January 1892. Single sheet Vellum measuring approx. 27" X 20". (67cms.X 50cms.) Handwritten; signed and sealed; stamped - Messrs. William Jones and Porter Solicitors, Conwy. Thomas Bates J.P. Kelsterton, Flint; also William H. Davies Clerk to Mssrs. Moss Sharp Solicitors, Chester. It refers to previous indentures 1833, 1839 and named participants etc. Overall good condition with three red wax seals.
