In dei nomine amen Decimo dei July Anno dm ………? quingetesimo quinto Et Anno regis Henrici septimus post congm xx^o. I Water Darknold of Pensherst in the Countie of Kent make my last will of all my lands and tents. medowes lesses and pasturs rents and …..? lying and beying in the pisshes of Pensherst Chedyngston and Hev^r in the said Countie of Kent And in the pisshe of Maghfeld in the Countie of Sussex. ffirst I will that anon after me decesse Robert my son have all my lands and tents medowes lesses and pasturs rents and ….? w^t all their app^rtenencs called Salmannys w^t a mede called Slighters mede the which I purchaced of John Rowe and Rd Colyn lying and beying in Pensherst and Chedyngston to have and to hold to the said Robert and Jone his wif and to the heirs and assigns of the said Richard Robert for ever. Also I will that anon after my decesse the said Robert have all my lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs called Gylderegge lying and beying in the pisshe of Chedyngston to have and to holde to the said Robert to his heirs and assigns for evmore. Also I will that the said Robert anon after my decesse have all my lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs lying and beying in the pisshe Chedyngston called Pyltebemys to have and to hold to the said Robert to his heirs and assigns for evmore. Fyding an honest preest sayeing devine ….? in the church of Penshurst by an hole yere praying for me Johane my wif my fader my moder and Raynold Bore and all my goode frends. Also I will that the said Robert my son anon after my decesse have all my lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs lying and beying at Cranstede and Robyncon in the pisshe of Chedyngston and Hev^r to have and to hold to the said Robert to his heirs and assigns for evmore fynding an honest preest sayeing devine ….? in the church of Pensherst by yere and half praying for me Agnes my wif and Henry Slighter her fader and their frends. Also I will that anon affter my decesse John my son have all my lands and tents called Joseppys and Hosyenys and all my lands and medowes lying in the yokys of Hepyndeygants (?) Roxsys and deedys with all their app^rtenencs lying and beying in the pisshe of Pensherst to have and to hold to the said John and Agnes his wif and to the heirs of their twoo bodies lawfully begoten And for defaulte of Issue of the saide John of his body lawfully begoten then I will that all the said lands and tents medowes lesses and pasturs w^t all their app^rtenencs shall remayn to the said John and to his heirs of his body lawfully Begoten. And for defaulte of Yssue of the said John of his body lawfully begoten then I will that all all the said lands and tents medowes lesses and pasturs w^t all their app^rtenencs shall remayn to the right heirs of me the said Water for evmore. Also I will that William my son anon after my decesse have all my lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs called Waleys lying and beying in the pisshe of Maghfeld in the Countie of Sussex to have and to hold to the said William and to his heirs of his body lawfully begoten. And for defaulte of Yssue of his body lawfully begoten I will that all the said lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs shall remayn to the said Robert my son and to his heirs of his body lawfully begoten. And for defaulte of Yssue of the saide Robert of his body lawfully begoten I will that all the said lands and tents w^t all their app^rtenencs shall remayn to the right heirs of me the said Water for evmore.
